Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix or at least cover up scratches on the interior material (top of the door panel near the window). I'm not sure what the material is, vinyl or leather, but any suggestions would be welcome. My dog a little crazy and was trying to get out, hence scratching my door panel and various pieces in the cargo area.
