Better fairing for a rola vortex?

I've been searching and can't find it again, but I think I read a post, or write up by someone (possibly with a 4th Gen) who put what I think was a Yakima fairing on a Rola Basket. From what I remember, it fit with minor modifications and worked to calm down the wind noise. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or am I dreaming it up?

Thanks, I checked his, and he's running a whitson's w/LED light bar, I'm still looking
