Better MPG this time

Just noticed an improvement in the MPG on runner (97, 4x4, A/T V6, 1.5 inch front lift and rear airbags/99 tall springs).
Recent R/R: front and rear sway bar bushings OEM all around, Denso platinum TT plugs, filled the rear air bags to 10 psi and a factory rake obtained(otherwise I have a level truck)

Had a drive from Odessa (elevation: 2900 ft) to Abilene TX (elevation: 1700 ft). Empty truck with just the driver downhill drive at 68 MPH cruise 90% of the time and received 19.5 MPG.

Return uphill with 390 Kg (858 lb) of lumber and 75-85 MPH (50% of the time cruise) + head wind: received 18.4 MPG.

History: with a level truck (no pressure in the air bag) and the family of 4 which 2 are kids never gave above 17.7 MPG even with cruise at 65 MPH on flat roads. During this time the sway bar bushings were old.

I believe the factory rake can improve the MPG.

Tires are Cooper AT3 265 75 16 and 29 PSI all around.
