I thought that the poor reviews that I read prior to ordering were just disgruntled people on the Internet.

The reviews are very much indicative of the company. It's my recommendation and suggestion that you find another company to do business with.

Extremely poor service and turn around times.

I got my backordered bilsteins a few weeks after ordering but that was a year ago.
