Thanks. KO2 275 won't void Toyota warranty because they are not stock size? There are no impact to any Toyota parts when I use 275.

First impressions are the tires feel great and are comparable to my last set of E rated 265/70r16 BFG TKO's on my 2001 T4R when i sold it in Feb 2014. I notice less "sponginess" compared to the grandtreks. Visually they look great have less sidewall bulge and i cannot notice the 1/2" diameter change. If you can wait for the stock size c rated ones you want thats great but i think you would be satisfied with the 275 e's.

No rub, no scrub whatsoever. Overall I am happy with them. They have been good in snow and performed well when I went to a mudded up rut hole of a mess OHV in Illinois last summer. They will get tested on some rocks in August when I go to Ouray for a couple days! Maybe the only drawback is maybe less mileage but I have a short commute so for me its really a non issue. Recently I took it for a short 120 mile round trip on the interstate (@ 74-75 mph) and got 15 mpg. I will probably get another set after this set is done.

Anyone know how often Discount Tire runs promotions on these? I don't NEED tires, but would like to make the upgrade. I'm tempted to wait until another deal rolls around (assuming they do it fairly frequently).

I saw the $100 gift card at the end of the year, then again in March. So I'd say to keep your eyes peeled. They don't really advertise it that much, I've heard it on the radio a couple times, but no tv commercials. Their website always has banners about it when going on.

I am thinking about going to Sam's club or Costco for putting 275 70 17 on my 4runner trail. I think they are strict on the stock size. wont there any issues if I ask them i want 275 instead?

Costco will not put 275's on the truck. They will mount them on the rims of you bring them in and give you the warranty if you want to go that route.

Love my KO2's. Spent another Saturday at Uwharrie in NC this past weekend and every time I get into a sticky situation (or need to tow something heavy, or drive in snow/ice/mud, etc.) I am impressed with these tires. Couldn't be happier...
