Biggest tires on 97 ltd W/ OME lift?

If you have a 2.5" lift on the front and you put 33x12.50s on it you will rub the inside of the fenders at full turn. Trimming the plastic lining and pounding the pinch weld on the inside of the fender will just about get rid of it but expect to rub anyway. I'm not sure if 11.50 or 10.50 tires rub...maybe some others have first-hand knowledge.
A 1" or 2" body lift from www.4crawler.com will solve the problem and let you run 33's.

Toytec 3" and 4Crawler 3" BL. I'm running 33x12.50 right now, with slight rub at full tilt. I could fit 35's but I'm trying to save on gas, lol. If I put a TJM or ARB on the front, I'm hoping there will be no rub.
Check out the Interco Super Swamper special service tires at intercotire.com. I believe they make a 33x9.0x16 tire in the TSL design if you would like an agressive mud/semi-rock tire on your T4R. Not very wide, but the tire will not rub against the stock upper control arms of your vehicle. This would go well with stock rims and a 2.5" lift. I have had great performance out of these tires on my '84, but only about 25,000 miles.

255/85/16 is also an option.. 9.5 inch tire but 33inch in height.
i have 33s on with my 3 inch lift in rear and 01 coils +2.5 spacers which gives like maybe 1.5 inchs more then a 99 4runner stock.. I dont rub because i trimmed minor and I have a tjm.. stock front bumper would rub but you can trim it a little.. no worries. bodylift it to keep it from stuffing too hard
