Wow. I know I'm a year late top this but the nose dive issue is caused by a failed attempt at variable proportioning of the hydraulic brake pressure. Most older vehicles with drum rear brakes (read modern day Tacomas) allow you to manually adjust the rear brakes to level out braking from front to back and side to side. Today, Toyota even brags about how it toys with hydraulic pressure front/ rear depending on rate of pedal pressure. It's dumb but if you slam the brakes on a stock 4 4runner your nose dive is less terrible. So, drive like an ******* or petition Toyota for a real world fix on the proportioning valve set up. I personally can't stand that dumb leap backwards in what was proven technology.

I love brake dive. Feels like im driving a trophy truck at every stop light. I even make the engines sounds when the light goes green.
My contribution: Just drive it and stop trying make your 4x4 SUV a track car.
Oh and BTW I've had terrible experience with 2.0 Fox's on a Tacoma. This was many moons ago so a lot had changed. Not to discredit Fox in anyway, that was my experience. The 5160's I am using now are great, may need just a hair faster compression on the short side of the stack, but other than that they've been good. Yes, she brake drives like a mother with the 6112's up front @ 2.2". I love it.
