Bilstein 6112 Lift Heights

Maybe there are some inconsistencies in the Bilstein 600lb springs. I installed the 6112/5160 combo three days ago. Wheeler’s set them at 6 and 4 per the instructions for a 2” lift, however I am setting almost level driver to passenger at 37.25” to the ground with 265 Falkens. Before lift I was 34.25 and 34.75; that’s about 3” and 2.5” Driver and Passenger. I do expect a bit more settling however.
The Bilstein B12 Rear springs will be here Thursday to add 1” to the rear. Right now I have a .75” reverse rake.

My rig is non-KDSS, my front is set to #5/#3 for 1.6"
I have not measured it at all, before or after install. But I love the way it looks and have not noticed a visible lean.

I have a 2021 TRD ORP, no KDSS, no 3rd row, only added weight is Sliders. This is a daily driver.
On order is 6112 (600 lb springs) & 5100’s and 1” Bilstein B12 (BIL-36-281817) rear coils.
From reports I’ve read, I’m planning on setting Circlip to #5/3 for 1.6 up front to lift/level PLUS expecting @ 3/4-1” in rear from B12’s.
I hope to end with a small lift, maintain 1” rake, easily maintain factory alignment, and run A/T 265/275’s.
Anyone have feedback on actual lift obtained with 6112 front setting at 1.6” vs 2”?
Anyone have actual lift measurements from this 1” coil?
I want to get this ‘right’ the first time and avoid a reverse rake at all cost. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi, I got a 2014 SR5 4WD, with 3rd row. I purchased it about 3 months ago, and about a week ago I installed a Bilstein lift. 6112 front (2" lift, or 6th and 4th clip) and 5100 rear, with the B12 Bilstein coil (1,5" lift 36-281817). I also installed JBA UCLAs
These are the results: (measuring from the ground to the fender in straight line)
Before lift:

Driving dynamics: I barely took it to a short offroad trip (about 5 miles) but I drove it for nearly 1200 miles from Miami to DC. It's still early, so it might change a bit after settling down. But I can tell you that it drives much better. It's stiffer but in a good way almost no more "rear" shaking when driving high speeds behind a truck (like tailgating when trying to pass). Nosedive was greatly reduced, though is still there. Overall, it made bumps, and rough roads feel like there is almost nothing there. It eliminated that softness that it had from factory, so no more bouncing around anymore. Even though now is higher, it actually drives more firmly and transfers more "security" to me while driving. I am really impressed with the change overall.
Also, I was afraid that fuel consumption would rise, but it actually didn't. I measured it twice on my way down to Florida, before the change, and I measured it twice again on my way back, after the lift. I measured doing the full tank, drive, reload, get the ticket, and dividing how much fuel I reloaded by the miles the Trip A tool me each time. I averaged 17.6 mpg and 17.7 respectively.
I am sharing this here cause I can't create a Thread (I guess cause I am new here) but I wanted to share my experience with this popular lift kit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a much better ride quality on street, and also plans to take it to a bit of offroading everynow and then.
