Bilstein TRD Pro suspension kit on sale PTR13-35140

So I just heard from my stealership. At a routine oil change with 140k on the 4runner, they reported my shocks/struts are blown and need replaced. Their price for replacement........3k, but that includes an alignment! Anyone else see quotes like this? I called some local shops and got prices around 1,100 which I thought was very reasonable, any feedback on the Monroe replacements?

KDSS Lift Question
Hey guys! New member to the forum here but I’ve been gathering tons of knowledge on here from y’all. Thanks for all the helpful info so far!
I’m planning on lifting my 2018 TRD OFP with the ToyTec + 2 FJ4RPRO kit for the Bilstein TRD Pro suspension on my 4 runner. I’m curious as to any issues I may encounter with doing a full 2” in the rear with KDSS and any issues with the front being this set ups already +1 compared to the OEM set up.
I’m current running a 1.5 inch difference from front / rear. What would you guys do? I’ve already purchased new UCA’s and the ToyTec kit but I rather ask now than later lifts scheduled for the end of this month. Here’s my current set up

Just added this C4 Lo Pro bumper / winch / light bar as well - tried to add it to the above post sorry. I know that probably plays into things some it def wasn’t light picking it up so I know it probably brought the front down a little bit. Debating just buying new coil overs for the front instead of the Toytec spacer / thicker collar.

i have an 18 ORP w/ kdss and trd pro suspension installed. both perch at upper setting. does anyone know how much lift i will lose if i set both perch at the bottom? reason i asked is bc im looking to install 2" spacers in front and t13 rear. thinking it might have a very slight negative rake. instead of buying spacer for the rear (if i dont get the full 1.5"), i was thinking i might be able to just adjust the front? thanks.
i had this setup and had definite reverse rake. i had put in 2 OME trim packers on each side in the rear to get it level.
this was how it sat after.

I believe cornfed has more options. If you need a 1/2 inch rear spacer for example.

Afaik, the trd pro Bilstein doesn’t have settings per say. It’s just a setting for drivers side vs passenger side. My drivers side is set to the higher clip setting.
I’m running 2/1.5 Cornfed’s and I’m about 38” from gnd to fender.
Anyone still able to find this? I'm only a couple years to late. Or a similar setup and price point?
It's my daily driver and would like a smoother drive. Only "off road" driving is fire roads and the occasional light off road that requires no lift and only minor ability to pick a line to avoid big washouts or rocks.

Need to Replace Bilstein Shocks in 2016 TRD PRO
I’ve been looking for a thread on the forum to ask this and this seems to be the closest. My front two struts from Bilstein have started to sweat and need to be replaced. I have been looking all over to get the replacement struts and we’ve only gotten the left front Bilstein struts, the right one appears to be on back order everywhere and we’ve been waiting for 4 months with no movement and doesn’t appear promising.
1) does anyone know where I can get my hands on the RF Bilstein strut, part number PTR13-89161-RF in the near term?
2) if they truly are nowhere near having one anywhere in the country, has anyone upgraded the TRD pro Bilstein struts only and didn’t do anything with the springs or the UCAs? If not, is fox the recommended swap and change here to just change out all the primary suspension components? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
