Bilsteins 5100 at 0.85" with FJ cruiser

I have to replace the 4 shocks in my runner, because are bad now, I just bought 4 bilsteins 5100, and I would like to get a lift, but not so much, I am looking for 0, 85” in the front (I would like 1” But bilstein doesn’t have this option) and I was thinking to replace the coils all around from the FJ cruiser , this would give me a lift in the front too , but the question is how much would be at the front and Back ?? (Because this will lift the car all around but no sure how much) i am just try to avoid the Rake Effect .

My car is an V-8 limited 2006 – I would like to get advise if with the bilstein at 0.85” + FJ cruiser springs in the front and in the rear ( The rear would be bilstein and FJ cruiser Coils ( No spacers)





Any Advise?

To level it, don't put FJ coils in the rear. The stock coils are stiff enough and when you use FJ coils in the front you'll be level. Just like me.

Put FJ coils all around on mine and billies set to .85 also. After settling I got 1/2" lift in rear and almost 2" in front. It is almost level and I am very happy with it that way.

Yetix , did you set up the Front bistein at 0.85 ? or 0 ?
Because i am thinking to set up 0.85 front with FJ spring front , and rear stock coils to level it

Yep, I pulled the fj rears out because it's a bit too stiff. Gets a little jumpy on simple bumps. You've been warned. ..lol
