In Birmingham here.....Roll Tide Roll!!! Have had this 91 4Runner about a month now and loving it. Im up for some trail rides (nothing too big, mines a Daily Driver). I hit up T-Town all the time during football season. Holla
 
I'm in Birmingham and I really want someone from around here to show me where some good trails are. My place I used to go to off of Grants Mill got shut down for public access (owned by USX and Alabama Power). Anyone who knows of some trails around here please post.

There's a few trails around Bham that are not hard to find and are easy drives. There is a few places around the hoover-bessemer-shannon area. If you want something more, there are a few just North near Gardendale. Some are ORV parks and some are just random trails.
 
If anyone has extensive knowledge of these trails and some sort of directions to them, that would be awesome. I am not into hardcore rock-crawling or anything like that, I just like to go riding and use my 4R for what it was intended to do. Gray Rock sounds great but they're only open by reservation or for events. Are there any other ORV parks? If not, just some random trails would be fine.

I've done some good trail/mud riding around here...my 4Runner is in the shop getting a tranny put in, so i should have it back sometime soon. I wouldn't mind showing you a few trails. Keep in mind, nothing is real spectacular, but it can make for an exciting afternoon.
 
What's up B'ham!? Add one more member to your list. I am actually from Pinson but noone ever knows where that is, so I stick to being from the big city.

So what's going on guys???? Let's get some current posts flowing.....

Hey man I am from Pinson/Clay/Trussville area. I moved to Hoover then here to Nashville!! Do you know of any nice trails in Birmingham?? I will be in town this weekend!
 
Hey Nashvillerunner, very sorry that i missed you! Had to work crazy hours last week and week-end and this is the first time i have logged back on since. I know of only a few trails around my area. I have plenty available for riding my quad, but for 4runnin trails, just enought to get you muddy. Sorry again i missed you!
 
I live in Hoover, however I do not own a 4runner... i only made an account on here to talk to a member about some eclipse avn's he is selling. cool to see alot of locals on here though. I actually own a G35, so i probably wont be doing any off roading with any of you guys either.........

Hey man that is cool!!! Yeah just enough trail to get th 4Runner dirty would be fine with me! I don't want some extreme trails!
