Anyone that bought the black JDM replica headlamps recently from Burtman try puttin in PIAA low beam lights?

Do they fit in the stock head lights? I remember seeing many people with them.

yes.
when i was tryin to figure out why this wasn't workin, i went to see if these would fit in the original lamps...and they do fit.
i tried my roommate's silverstars on the black lamps and they fit in those.
in looking at both the PIAAs and silverstars, I notice that there is a structural difference with the two, which might explain why the PIAAs wouldn't fit.
I did buy the 9006s, but the base of bulb is longer than the base for the silverstars(or for that matter the stock bulbs).
the problem i'm having with the PIAAs is that it won't go in deep enough to where I can turn it to the right before I plug in.

The PIAA 9006 are longer than most bulbs, that why they dont fit in some low beams and most fog lights.

i ended up exchanging them for Silverstars.
i guess i should be happy that these are half the cost of the PIAAs

all non OEM headlight will not fit bulbs that are 3 to 4 mm longer then stock bulbs! if you are thinking about getting some HID light you can forget about that too! that why I hate aftermarket headlight! soon you will see that the clear plastic on the outside will fade and get yellow and the chrome plating inside the housing will start to pill and bubble up. notice how your light output decrease with aftermarket headlight compare to OEM! as time goes by the light output will get worser!

Htown has the JDM replicas and HIDs. We'll have to see how these replica lights hold up over time. Oh yeah, worser isn't a word
