Quick question. Anyone have Black Rhino Armory wheels? I currently have an Army Green TRD sport with tone stock 20” wheels that i had powder coated. I wanted the wheels more flush with the fenders. Wheel spacers arent an option at the moment, so I’m looking at other wheels. Like the Armory, and possibly the Arsenal. Anyon rocking these in 20”? Will these wheel widen the stance? And, would I be able to use my stock wheels? Thanks.

they are getting more popular, i have seen quite a few sets in the last few months, and some youtubers starting to run them as well.
Why cant or wont you run a wheel spacer? What tire are you planning to run? A wider tire on the stock 20" limited wheels will have the edge of the tire flush with the fender. The 20" limited wheels are quite narrow, but have plenty of offset, all you need is a little beefier tire and your vehicle will look tits. If you go with aftermarket wheels AND wider tires you will have the tire outside the edge of the fender most likely.
Yes, most likely, they will be 2" wider wheel, and likely have a much different offset and yes they will certainly widen the stance.

Personal opinion, buy a 2.5" front lift, buy a 1" rear lift, stuff a set of 285/55-20 on it with the stock wheels you had powdercoated and have a nice day. Or if wider is your thing get a set of 305/50-20 and you will be absolutely rockin.
Thanks for the info. At this point I’m just looking at wider. I see you have a TRD Sport as well. Do you have any pics with the wider tire? I’m assuming you didn’t use spacers?
Regarding spacers,I’ve been told by Tires Plus, who I’ve taken all my vehicles to, won’t work on vehicles with spacers.

nah, if you want a wider tire, just put the wider tire on and rock and roll.
I have owned 275/55-20 and 285/55-20 and 305/55-20 on the 20" limited wheels, Just do a lift up front to clear them and rock out. Personally i prefer the 305/50-20 General AT/X over everything else, they fit so amazing with a 2.5" lift up front and 1" in the back. They fit, clear, dont rub, and look great. I have had them on both of my 5th gens. These will basically sit the outside of the tire flush with the front and rear fender flares, with no spacers.
The 285/55-20 will almost sit flush with the fender flares with no spacers.
Last picture is the 305/50-20 General AT/X on stock limited wheels powder coated black. 2.5" lift, no wheel spacers, tires are practically flush with the fender flares.

Thought I'd tag on this. I'm looking right now at some options, wondering how things will fit. I'm thinking 17×8.5 voyager black rhino wheels, I could do 0 or -10 offset. Wheels I'm thinking 275 70r17 nitto ridge grapplers (unless I could get away with bigger). With this I'll probably do a 2 inch front leveling kit, the spacers by icon look decent. So I guess do yall think this could fit? Would it rub much or whatever, which offset would be best. I've got a 2022 trd off road that is stock right now.
I replaced the 20" wheels and tires on my limited with 18" Black Rhino Rapid wheels paired with Goodyear Duratrac RT 265/65-18 tires. I did not go with the LT tires since my off roading is mostly just mud and dirt without a lot of rocks. The taller sidewalls definitely make it ride smoother. One of my motivations for switching wheel size was that the ultra low profile tires made every little bump feel like it was shaking the car apart. There was no appreciable difference in cornering / handling going to the taller profile.
I think to avoid rubbing issues, you need to stick with a wheel offset of 12-15mm.
