Awww man. Here I was thinking my LED's were half decent and then I go and see this crap. Ugh. Why do you have to make us all look like part time hacks???

Damn son, that install is CLEAN! But, it should be expected, really, after your head rest switch panel mayhem.

What is the final design on the front bumper? Did you remove the LED light system in the front so we can all see the 'TOYOTA' coming up from behind?

Nothin against the LED bars, I bought it in the first place, didn't I? Just kinda goin for a different look this time. Also, my winch' lever is getting abit difficult to switch from engage and dis-engage..i'm guessing due to exposure to the elements the operation isn't quite as smooth as it used to. And with the low profile lightbar practically in the way, it's not exactly accesible with the most ease.

With or without the TOYOTA emblem, the center hoop was gonna be implemented regardless. The emblem just makes it all the more engaging to the eyes, i think. I've had it installed before as well.

About the head rest switch panel, well that just means i have now an extra 2 slots for future expansion again...

Headrest switch panel? Is that the panel in place of your sunvisors, or did you do something to your headrests as well?

With the new..Had the opportunity to re-paint the whole bumper gloss, too as a bonus.






How much it's tilted...not quite the stinger you might expect.

So when you chopped off the hoops, you obviously had to fill the hole left from the bar, but were there any holes from the two inside support towers?

No, there were no holes left. Those supports were basically just welded in on the top plate, maybe even on the main structure where the bumper brackets attaches onto.

I didn't want to grind them flat flushed with the surface as I didn't wanna compromise the strength of the welds.

What shocks are you running in the rear? Last I read you had painted the black tokicos yellow, but later I saw a pic of green ones from the back. You have what appears to be long travel in the rear with the amount of drop I'm seeing Iin your pics.

I'm using the Tokico Trekmaster GE4095 shocks. Keep in mind, I also took the rear sway bars off and that provided these shocks some extra down travel.

Too bad they're now discontinued.
 
Finally after a few days of reading I've made it to the end lol......I wish money was free if it was I would challenge you to a build off:lightsaber: but just about all you've done I would have too lol

Thanks for taking the interest and time to read up on the build. Seemingly, we have the same taste when it comes to mods, from what I'm reading.:thumb:
 
Went out wheeling last Saturday with 3 groups of over 20 rigs from stock to well built and SAS'ed rigs. All very nice rigs to say the least!

The trail we took was a lot technical than the video represents. Three solid axled dual cased rigs, one dual locked ifs DC Taco, a Jeep and yours truly tackled it. It had decent rocky slopes and off camber sections to possibly tip one over. The video doesn't come close to representing the reality as always.:frusty:












JDM sweetness!





It's pretty evident what my next mods will be after this!:hurt:
