blender door?

I'm having some heating issues with my '03 4Runner V8 Limited.

For some time, during the summer, I would occasionally here a rattling or buzzing under the dash on hot days. This would typically occur shortly after I started up the truck, and it would go one for a while.

Last winter I noticed that the driver's side footwell would get cold, and that, in general, temperature control has gotten worse. That is, I used to be to just leave the temperature set at one temp. Now, it seems, I'm often adjusting the temperature up and down.

This AM, it was quite cold. I've got the "dual" mode set off, so both sides should have the same temp. Putting my hand into the footwells, there was warm air coming out of both sides, but with the fan on high, there was a lot of air flow on the passenger side, but little air flow on the driver's side.

So, I'm guessing that this might be the blend door servo on the left. That part seems to be replaceable, and the parts aren't hugely expensive.

But what about the blend door itself? I haven't been able to find out of the blend door is replaceable, or if it is part of a larger assembly.

Also, does anyone know how much labor to replace these parts? I'm guess a lot. Sigh.
