Blind Squirrel brewery build

I'm an avid homebrewer over here... and this thread needs more beer!

I have a keggle setup for 10G batches, but I usually go with a 9G brewpot, aiming for a final volume of 6G so I can keg 5 and bottle the rest for gifts or competitions.

Roof pictures I have seen, but you never mentioned the front entry way. Looks pretty legit man. NICE job!

Cool, I have big plans for the electric brewery I'm going to install. Looking forward to your input as this progresses. And it will ya dicks.

I forgot to mention that Homedepot put a deposit down for the first beer out of the new system....

I had no idea you were taking deposits. I can't wait to write a check and see some beer in 18 months! :boom:

Hahah, I'm too busy this summer teaching my daughter how to surf behind our boat. I did however just pick up the drywall screw gun from my dad.... After a few more weeks I'll get back to work. I have the basement all framed in and electrical ran so its ready for drywall. Also I sprayed the ceiling white, its only 7 foot to the bottom of the floor joists so instead of putting drywall up there and making it shorter, sprayed it all white... 14 gallons worth.... It turned out pretty cool looking. I'll post a few pics, but these are the only pics I have of me working lately....on my tan...

Just stumbled onto this thread, can't wait to see how it progresses!

You're a hell of a carpenter! I can weld together damn near anything but I'm not very good at home improvement type stuff. Working on that though....

Dude I love your house! I totally want to do something like that!

I have a really good friend out in KS who does boat repair and winterizing whom I was stationed in the Army with.

He owns Johnson Country Shrink Wrap.

Was at the Tulsa airport after visiting my brother in Kansas and saw a guy with a Blind Squirrel Brewery t-shirt :thumb:

That's awesome! My wife made around 100 shirts and gave them out as gifts to our friends. We sent a few out to Tulsa as well... you should have stopped them and got a pic.

Or it could have been from the real one. A few years after I claimed the name a guy in the Carolina's, I think, opened a for real Blind Squirrel Brewery.... It's really small, but real.

Thanks for complement, lots of work but cool to tell people that come over I did it all.

That shrink wrap place looks cool and like a mile from my brothers house! They have a wrapped camper out front to show off their work.

Thanks! I want to try my hand at welding, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I used to watch Orange county choppers all the time back in the day and was always impressed with what they could make with a welder.
