ever since i got my truck the blower fan worked on occasions. to get it to work i had to turn the switch on and off fast so many times then it will work. but one day i did the process and i turned on but then slowly started to die then died. i replaced the resister and the blower fan but the new fan won't turn on. i tested the voltage and I'm getting max voltage and tested the ohms to ground and I'm getting 3.2 i can here the other relay click on and off when i move the switch.
