Blown head gasket

I just bought my 2nd 4runner 3 months ago. It is a 94 with the 3.0 v6 it is 4x4 with 130 000 miles on it. Previous owner had head gasket replaced at a toyota dealership at 102 000 miles. I know the 3.0'has a head gasket issue for a 1994 4runner. But shouldn't the repair last longer than 28,000? Any suggestions on my next course of action.

Take it back to that stealership and see what they will do because yes you should get around 100k out of a fix.
