Blown headgasket on 3.slo?

So I went out for a drive yesterday in my 94 t4r 3.slo auto trans cause I was bored. Got home, went inside and went I came back out there was coolant all over the driveway. So I popped the hood and sure enough my radiator had a tiny hole in it at the top by the fill hole. So I called my buddy who's a mechanic and asked him what could cause that and he said blown headgasket. So I called a couple other mechanic buddies and they all said the same thing. I checked the oil on the dipstick and it wasnt milky but I'm gonna drain the oil completely today and check. If it is the headgaskets is it worth it to replace them or just find another good 3.0 and throw that in there? I don't have a lot of money being a college student and the fact that I just bought a dirtbike so a 3.4 or 4.3 vortec swap are kinda out of the question sadly. This 4runner really only has to last me another month till I go back to school.

Getting a pin hole in a radiator has nothing to do with a blown head gasket.

If the radiator has metal tanks on it: Take the radiator out and to a radiator repair shop, they can fix it pretty cheap and pressure test it.

If it has plastic tanks: Buy a new radiator. Around $100.

yah its all metal (unless its been changed out with an aftermarket one.)
you could fix it your self... but if you dont have the tools or ability then take it to a shop.

When was the coolant flushed last? Correct me if i am wrong but if coolant is old enough it will start to corrode the inside of a metal radiator and cause pin hole leaks. Anyway that is what has happened to me in the past when i got a rebuilt metal rad to replace the original rad because it had eaten away so much of the top part causing me to go through 2 liters of water a day. Never get to that point it sucks.

Well I just put some JB Weld putty on it so hopefully that works. I think my problem was a bad radiator cap. I don't think it was opening up to let the pressure out. So got a new radiator cap and will find out how that does in the next few days.

Well the JBWeld didn't hold so threw a new radiator in a week ago and on my drive home from work today the headgasket completely let go, white smoke everywhere and yes the headgasket was the problem the whole time but anyway any pointers or warnings from the people who have done a headgasket replacement on this motor would be awesome. To me it looks like the hardest part is gonna be dealing with all the vacuum lines.
