Bluetooth Question

I have a Kenwood DNX6960, and I was wondering if there is any way to connect my iPhone through bluetooth so I can listen to my music without having to plug my iPhone into my iPod cord. I can make phone calls with bluetooth but I can't figure out the music issue. Any thoughts. Thanks

I did some googling on that model radio. I don't think it supports the bluetooth function.

You mean bluetooth audio, because it connects bluetooth phone calls? Is there anything I can buy/do to get bluetooth audio?

Bluetooth audio and bluetooth phone calls are different.

Bluetooth audio is the same as the Airplay function that Apple advertises on all of their products.

Your particular cd player does not support music to be played to it via bluetooth.

I have no idea about your unit, but kenwood makes a bluetooth adapter that can enable you to play music through bluetooth. The add on only works for certain head units that were built for it though. If I were you I would call the support people at crutchfield.com and tell them what you have and ask how to make it happen.
