What are some affordable, and good quality 2"-3" body lifts for my 1999 2wd automatic transmission 4runner? Any links would be great! Thanks!

And what size tires would be best to run with that?

with knowledge that it's a 2wd
2" probably 265/75s
3" MAYBE 285/75s
In my experience with being around for a while, I honestly wouldn't go with a 3" body lift. Too much to deal with. If I were you I would look into the '99 4wd tall coils and perhaps a 2" body lift. You might be able to get away with 285s then with minimal rub.

Yes they did but I wanted to get more than just a few opinions. I like to get as many as possible.

Here's mine then. You are doing this for aesthetic reasons only, so:
Step 1 - buy & install body lift of your choice.
Step 2 - go to tire store and have them mount up various sized tires to check fit.
Step 3 - decide & enjoy.
