Will adding a body lift make the suspension more stiff? I have the Bilstein + fj spring set up. Does the body lift compress the spring or simply lift everything higher independent of the actual shock?

Body lift is totally independent of the suspension. Won't compress spring at all. Raises the center of gravity just slightly, which affects handling, but you shouldn't notice it much if at all depending on the lift

Negligible impact on suspension as it is independent from suspension

If anything, it would soften it due to raising the center of gravity (any lean around corners would be slightly exaggerated due to the higher center of gravity leveraging itself on the suspension)
