Body lift suggestions and tips?

Id like a 1 inch body lift any suggestions? Id much like one with new bolts and nuts because mine are pretty rusty, anyone know anything that they can share?

FatPat, 4Crawler, ToyTec- all sell 1" body lifts. Haven't heard anything bad about any of them. I'm sure their sites can tell you more about hardware.

I made my own using the generous info on the 4crawler site. Everything including the bolts was sourced from McMaster-Carr. It's helpful to have a mill and lathe in the garage.
The steering spacer is not to be overlooked.
Almost forgot about the front bumper relocation - that's simple flat plate with holes though...on the early steel bumper models anyway...

Just FYI- the '99+ are still steel [emoji1360] Similar flat plate risers could be made to work on those, but the holes are not as close, so the plate would be quite a bit bigger. Might not look pretty, but I suppose it would work. That being said, you can actually mount the '99+ bumpers the same as the pre-'99- the same holes are in the frame horns. You need to drill a hole in each bumper bracket, but that's it.
