Body Lift/Suspension Lift?

OK, I've been told that a body lift is cheap but gives you nothing extra axle clearance wise.
I have a 92 4 runner SR5 with IFS, what do I have to do to get about 3 more inches of lift on the axles.
Is a solid front axle the best way to go, all in all what would guys say it'd cost to get something like this done.
Cheers.

Not sure what you mean by that.
Are you talking between the axle and the ground (at the diff) ?
The only way to get more ground clearance is taller tires.
You can make room for taller tires with either a body or susp lift.
A good susp lift will give you increased articulation also, but is more expensive than a body lift.

There are a number of suspension lifts available for IFS Toyotas, from inexpensive spacer lifts to bracket lifts, and beyond. GOOGLE and you'll find some.

Unless you plan on some hardcore rockcrawling, you really do not need a solid axle swap. And even then, I've seen IFS rigs do some pretty serious rock crawling.
