Body Lift then Engine & trac/vsc lights

So I installed my RB 1.25" body lift this week and am in the process of installing my RCI skid plates but before I lock those in I figured I should really figure these error codes out. Will get it read tomorrow but in the meantime any ideas on what it could be?

The codes are:
P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0345 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2)

I read that not starting and power loss can be symptoms. I have had trouble starting this winter with the starter just clicking but a jump has always solved this.
I actually had this problem after the install and had to jump it. Jump didn't work the first time, it just clicked. Called it a night tried again in the morning and it started just fine.

So now I don't know if this is just a pure coincidence or if I did mess up wires and still just need a new battery...

On top of that the lights actually cleared themselves when I went to check an hour ago. As in I started the car and the lights didn't come on yet the code reader still read the codes. Lights had been on for a few days prior through multiple starts and driving...

Wish my car would just tell me what's wrong so i could fix it , any ideas?

I will probably just drive her till the lights are thrown again if there are no easy checks.

2x on the abs sensor with a body lift install if you dId notdisconnect the sensors at each wheel before installing the pucks. Sounds like the cam pos sensor is a pre existing condition with nothing to do with the body body lift install. If you are confident that you didnt damage the abs sensor wires then seriously consider the "zero point calibration" - it's for a thing called the "yaw sensor". That could well be causing your vsc/trac issue after a body lift install. Fun stuff huh!?
