Body lines? Or damage?

I stopped by the body shop today ( going on to week 3) and they told me they were getting frustrated with the body
I will try to explain what I am talking about
If you put your head at the tail light and look up at the body between the back door and the back window there is a slight bump out that forms a angled line I think this is from the accident but they are thinking it may be normal
I wanted to know if anyone can look and see if theres has the same line

I would hit a dealer and check out one of there used Runners on the lot...

I think you just need to go somewhere else.... The shop must just not have any urgency. "Getting frustrated" should not take 3 + weeks!!!!

I had my buddies friend do mine *All new metal* up top might I add. I didn't want any bondo only took him a week for a full re build of the back/ paint etc. And it looks GREAT.

There is a slight bump in between the window and the door. That is normal. Mine was like that from the day I picked it up.
