body seals

first and formost im new so hello everyone, i have a 86 4runner sr5 and im lookin for seals for the doors,tailgait,shell, and windows

Your best bet is go to the dealership. You'll pay a premium price but in the end it will be worth it. If you buy some generic trash you'll regret it. Usually generic junk will not fit right and you'll end up with leaks in your runner.

yeah i figured.... i was hoping one aftermarket company out there would mabe make quality seals?? anyway thanks man!!

I'm not saying there isn't an aftermarket company that doesn't make quality seals, but I haven't heard of one. Maybe someone can chime in? I would like to replace all my weatherstripping and seals throughout the body as well.

On the plus side, I went to the dealership a few weeks ago and for all the weatherstripping we would be looking at only a few hundred bucks. That may seem like a lot but I'm happy with that price. I had to replace the weatherstripping on my 350z for where the convertable top meets the frame on the windshield. That strip alone was $400!!!

thanks guys i figured dealer cost would of been $$$ at least $400 or better!!! but i can do a couple hundred
