BOLDER Sticky's

I love helping out the forum as much as I can but there has to be a line drawn when it comes to the new guys not searching or opening their eyes. With that said, I don't think the Sticky's in all the different forum sections are bold enough. Not everyone who joins comes from other Forums and/or knows what a Sticky is. They obviously need to be more apparent and eye popping to new members. I think this will cut down (not eliminate unfortunately) on the amount of the "how much lift", "which lift", "what size tires", etc etc kind of topics. Is this doable?
