Bolt dimensions on ground for underhood diagnosis

Hey Y'all,

Sorry first time poster. I've been searching the internet now for about an hour and the most luck I've gotten is that I think it is a 10mm head.

My check engine light came on and when I popped the hood the first thing I noticed was that the ground for the underhood diagnosis port is missing (I haven't taken it to get a reading yet of the trouble code) Below is an image I found on an unrelated thread showing the bolt in question.

Any insight into length or count would be appreciated! (As well as confirmation on the head size)

It's probably a 10mm, it's too late to go out and check mine right now, but the head size doesn't really matter if you're replacing it. Just use any bolt with the correct threads. You could probably convince a hardware store to let you walk out with a few different bolts to see which one you can use. Most likely it'll be a shorty.
