Bolt Pattern For Step Bars

I'm looking into new step bars for my runner. My question is is the bolt pattern for the 4runner the same as any other Toyota trucks?
I've found some step bars that i like but they are only listed for the Tacoma and Tundra. Is the bolt pattern on either truck the same as the 4Runner?
Would getting ones for say a Double Cab allow them to fit length wise also?
