Bolt size for running boards??

Any idea what size these are? I have the same boards. Looking at the bolts that are on the boards itself and not the ones that bolt to body

They are 13mm for the bolts that are OEM with that step. The stock bolts you have to take out are 12mm. No idea on depth.

Mine came with running boards, and I left the bolts out when I removed them. Are they there for a good reason?

The bolts to the body are prolly 12-13mm but the ones.on the bottom that connect the bracket to the board are 10mm im unsure.of the thread.
