90105‑12287 - Bolt
94622‑31200 - Washer
90170‑12039 - Nut
Get them from a dealer. Don't use a home depot bolt on this. They'll cost about $5 total, but you won't have to replace these ever (at least you shouldn't), and you know you have the proper bolt for a very important application.
BTW, use loc-tite on the nut when you install it. You don't want this falling apart again. Removable should be good enough I think.
Oh, and you are correct. That's an upper control arm. Very important.

Someone correct me if wrong.. but definitely dont drive until you have that back together, you can pull your driveshaft right out.. trust me

The found the same thing when I got under there to replace my coil springs. One of the bolts was completely gone and the second bolt had almost worked it's way out. I've never touched those bolts and I'm not sure how long I had driven like it was. I suggest that everyone annually check the torque on as many suspension bolts as possible.

I use loctite on any bolt that I've removed just to ensure it won't work its way lose. Especially on any suspension or steering component.

Have you ever reconnect your panhard bar.. probably not but if you have you have youll probably have seen the ratchet method. f you have a ratchet (one used to hold cargo down etc) then you can wrap it around your axle and then frame and crank it until the hole lines up. Ill work on finding you a pic of what i mean

I only put it on the spark plugs.
So will this work on the control arm?

I have disconnected and reconnected a couple of these. I found that getting on your knees, lining the bolt up, and then shaking the vehicle up and down with your back while forcing the bolt in works pretty well.
Are you trying to line up the UCA bolt, or the panhard bolt? This method should work for both, but it might be easier to line up the UCA bolt if you disconnect the panhard. It gives more wiggle room.

Hells ya on the spark plugs, don't forget to use the red loc-tite to ensure a great seal!!

The UCA bolt. Thanks for the tip I'll give it a try and disconnect the panhard after the "wiggle" technique
