So here is the situation, i was driving and suddenley i felt a loss in power and my boost spiked to over 10 psi and this was with my stock pully. I called gadget and he said check the catalytic converter, when i disconnected the downpipe from the headers the boost returned to normal and the power came back. It turns out that the cats where blocked. I just thought this might help someone if thay had the same symptoms, because otherwise it would be hard to diagnose.
