Boosted! / Vacuum line help

1 have a 97 SR5. I have searched but cant find any clear and concise info on how to reroute some of my vacuum lines. I have attached two pics. Can any of these lines be removed or do they have to be hooked up somewhere? If they need to be hooked up, where can I tie these in, as my stock air box will no longer be used. Plus, the new intake will be under an additional 7psi of pressure. So, going back to the intake tube in any way is out of the question I'm sure. Maybe not, I just don't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, you will have to use them. There are 2 vacuum ports on the supercharger and 1 boost port. Tee off of the vacuum ports. Not sure what intake tube\box you're going to use but it will need to have vacuum attachments on it too. Intake tube\box wont have positive pressure.

Should have mentioned...no supercharger here. Its getting a rear mount turbo!

The only lines that require vacuum is anything passed the TB. Those lines you have in the picture only require clean air. You should be able to plumb in anywhere passed the air filter and before the TB on your new intake. Worst case scenario you can connect them to a breather, they sort of look like miniature cone filters.

Intake is always under pressure. It's an intake. You just giving some forced pressure.

I understand that. I was just concerned the additional boost pressure would affect whatever the hoses are hooked up too differently. That's part of the problem, I am not even sure what these lines go to. Thanks.

JR...actually a n/a intake tube/box is not under pressure, its under vacuum. Once its boosted, now its under pressure. A little different.

Just so you know what those hoses are: The larger hose is part of PCV system. The other hose is for the atmospheric relief hose to the fuel pressure regulator. The PCV hose can't have any pressure on it as it needs the venturi vacuum from the intake to work properly. The other one you could probably just put a breather on it.

N/a motors can create up to 3psi pressure. My boost gauge told me so.

JR.....Not in the intake tube on a N/A engine. Your gauge is wrong if it shows that.
