Last week I noticed my left side exit Borla dual exhaust tip was hanging a bit low. Upon inspecting I found the rubber hanger had cracked enough to let the exhaust pipe on the left sag. I went to the Borla website and found the contact page and emailed them about what had happened and which part went bad. One gentleman, Mr. Weiss, responded the next day saying he would ship me the part needed. Two days later I had my rubber hanger, plus an extra just in case.
I'm back on the road now, thanks to the customer service provided by Borla. The catback dual exhaust by Borla is awesome. I felt the need to share this with you all. I'm one happy customer who's back to 4running.
