Both a skid plate and bull bar?

First of all, I have a 05 4Runner SR5 and was thinking of getting both the bull bar and a skid plate but I've read threads where people were saying its not possible because it supposedly uses the same hole or something like that. Is there any way around this? I was thinking of the OEM 4Runner skid plate and the Manik bull bar.

You may have no choice but to go aftermarket. Here is the Jaos skidplate that will work with any bull bar.

I did the skid plate mod when I first got my '05 SR5 and then got a waag grille guard. had them both on with no problem.
