Both auto down windows stopped same time

Notice this morning that neither the auto down driver window nor the rear hatch auto down glass was working on "auto"

Only variable for difference is that I disconnected the battery last night while installing a k&n air filter.

Forgive me as I am very new to this vehicle. I am dumbing my way thru common issues and search.

Are they tied together, as in, the rear window is tied to the driver window switch?

Just find it a little funny they'd both stop working at the same time.

I have a 2004 Sport....I am assuming you have the auto switch down for the passenger window. Where did you get that (other than dealership) and was it an easy install. Always thought having an auto down on the passenger side would be helpful. Thanks...
