I don't have any complaints about them. Ride good and haven't lost any height yet. I do carry around 100lbs of tools in the back but don't ever tow anything.

Any specific fitment you used? Did you mount them to the stock foglight housings? Do you have a step by step walkthough of how you did it?

Just bent a piece of aluminum flat bar in the stock brackets

So I ended up selling my 01 shortly after my last post and had regretted it ever since. I've had 25 cars in the last 20 years and haven't missed any of them as much as the 4runner.
I then came across a clean low mileage (144k) 99 Limited with locker. Service records since almost new including timing belt service 30k miles ago. Same color and all. I had to buy it, and for an insanely cheap price.
Day 1 (again)
It needs paint on the hood, roof, and hatch. Tires, LBJs (right side had play), radiator, missing right flare extension, badges, fix the sunroof and drivers seat.
Otherwise I plan to duplicate the mods exactly like my 01.
First up I did a paint correction (on the good parts) and coated it with Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. Also removed the running boards.
I replaced the radiator with an Advanced Auto unit. I tried ordering a few online and they all arrived broken, so I went local. No issues with it at all, lined up and fit perfect. Also new oem hoses, thermostat and cap, Toyota Red coolant.
I still had a tub of parts from my 01, including denso twin tip plugs, ngk wires and denso boots, air filter, Pcv valve and grommet, so I put those in.
I found a deal on some 5th gen trail wheels ($350) and Falken had a sale on the wildpeak at3w for $120 each. Added Depo clear corners and signals at the same time.
Next up will be the LBJs once they arrive, a Satoshi grille, hid retrofit headlights, and Bilstein 5100s.

How are those Moog 99 rears holding up? I've heard mixed reviews with some people saying the sag prematurely.

Put about 10k miles on them, no measurable sag, but no hauling or off roading.
