Bought a stock 2001 Sport two weeks ago and...

since when did OE 5 stars become lug-centric type?, regarding the Procomp wheels, you want to get the lug-centric type or the non hub-centric wheels, any aftermarket rims for that matter.

The hubs bore diameter on our trucks measure 108mm.
Procomps non hub-centric wheel bore diameter is also 108mm.

My brother mistakenly ordered the hub-centric wheels only to realize it won't fit on the truck because of the wheels smaller 100mm bore hole. fail!:sobbing:
We had to use some 1/4" wheel spacers in order to make the wheels fit flush, now the wheels are centered only by the lugs as well.

All Toyota OEM wheels are lug centric. 5-stars have always been lug-centric.

Can i ask how you had your wheels balanced? The procomp site sez theyre "non hub eccentric" so im reading that theyre "lug eccentric" like my OE 5 stars?

Not sure exactly how they're balance. All I know is that I've had to get them re-balanced a 2nd time each time I've rotated my tires. Next time they're due for a rotation, I'm going to ask that they do whatever they do on the 2nd go, but on the 1st time. Getting tired of having to make two trips each time.

Yep! Sliders on where they're supposed to be! Can you believe it? And just picked it up from Urban Surf. Needed a mush boards. My 7'2" needs a specific swell to have any sort of fun on. And for sure we need to get out there. I'm headed out to the coast tomorrow, but then again, you know that!

On a side not. I see a lot of people using that effect where it blurs the top and bottom like that. What is that called? I have a student version of photoshop, but have no clue how to use it very well.

This is the pre-bumper verison! Lol.

And the effect is based off using what is called a tilt-shift lens. I think if you googled "tilt shift photoshop" it should pop up a lot of options. It's a pretty interesting effect if you take a shot from an elevated position. Makes real life things look like miniatures.

That blur trick is called Macro shot. Most digital cameras can do it depending how close you get.
If not on Photoshop CS3-CS5 you can just use the Blur wand and it will do it for you in whatever area you "wave it" on.

A macro lens and a tilt-shift lens are two very different things. They do share similarities, but the results produced are different. Same as adding the effect afterwards in Photoshop. Similar in ways, but very distinct in others.

Lol. Not much is on the burner at the moment. I'm pretty happy with where it stands now. Maybe a rear bumper and some armor down the road, but that's only after more power is added. Spring I'm going to build a rear cargo/sleep system.
