Hey guys, My left front brake caliper is seizing up on me and I figured it could be a good time to replace them and go with the tundra upgrade. My only question is (after searching already) will the 199mm fit in a 15" 4runner rim? Most of you guys run the 16" rim so its not an issue however I have the complete base 4cyl model. Thanks for the feedback.

those three links will give you quite alot of info, Using the last one I'd say that 15" rim may have issues since the spare tire will not fit (steel rim), I'm guessing that your 15" rim may be similar and will make contact with the caliper.
