Brake Controller Location

I'm going to be installing a Prodigy brake controller on my 4Runner and was wondering where others installed their control units to keep them out of the way. How did you route the wiring and where did you tap into for power, lights, brakes, etc.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
