Brake dust shield question.

Hey there guys, i am planning on doing the tundra brake upgrade this spring but i had a question about the brake dust shields. Mine are basically rusted through on my 4R. I know that with the tundra upgrade you must trim back the stock brake shield in order to fit the calipers, if i was to buy the tundra brake shields would i need to trim them back still?

Also, does anyone have the exact part numbers they used to buy the tundra brake parts? Im doing it on a fifteen inch wheel.

I would just take them off and throw them away. That is what I plan to do.

You will need 199mm calipers right? There are a ton of threads. Just search a little.

Big job to replace the dust shields. Hubs need to be pressed apart and shields replace and hubs re installed.

Shake the rust off, cut out for the bigger caliper and roll with it.

You're going to need new wheels. Tundra calipers won't fit with 15"ers.
