Brake Issue - Click in Reverse

So last night, I put replaced my rear springs (I had the HD Superflex and I replaced them with the Superflex 2.0). When I was done, I drove it around the block, brakes worked fine - no issues. When I backed in my parking spot, I heard a single click from the driver's front when I pressed the brake pedal. Then I tested it a little - went forward, then backwards a few times. I only heard the click when I was driving backwards with a little speed (more than coasting) and I hit the brake. And only a single click.

A little more info that I'm sure is relevant - I replaced my driver's side cv axle about a month ago. I've heard a "wa wa wa" only sometimes when I turn but haven't figured out what it could be. And now I hear the click from the same area. Has anyone had either issue - wa wa wa or the click? If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.

Ok, so I'm still interested in what people think could be the issue (if there is one), but this morning I went out and tried to replicate the "click" and I couldn't. Brakes seemed smooth in both forward and reverse.

When I had the HD springs, I put 500lbs of weight in the back to level me out and save my shocks from constantly being extended. Could the click (or any noise) have to do with it being the very first time I drove without the extra weight?

Probably just the pads moving around inside the caliper. You brake going forward, they're pulled down. The next time you reverse, they're pulled up as the rotor turns the other way and you hear the click noise.

I've got the click when braking forward for the first time after reversing out of a spot. After some research I'm convinced it's just the pad moving in the caliper. I'll be replacing them and the clips soon anyways so maybe it'll go away then.
