Brake Issue Please Help

Hey guys,

I have a 1990 4runner, beautiful car...

But im having problems with my brakes at the moment...

When i go to use the brakes, i get no response until two inches from the end of its reach, and its not much of a brake when i get it.

The master cylinder was replaced less than a year ago, so that shouldnt be the problem.

I recently replaced the front brake pads and bled them out correctly.

At this point the brakes continued to function properly, until about two days ago.

The rear right cylinder was leaking, and the shoes needed to be replaced.

So i replaced the brake cylinder and bled the brakes, both left and right side. I then replaced the actual shoes.

Once i put it all back together, i tested it out.. Still no brakes.

Any suggestions on what it might be?

Thanks in advance guys.

First make sure the rear shoes are adjusted properly.

Then try bleeding them a couple of times again, the proper order is :

RR
LR
LF
RF
LSPV
