My fricken brakes are still squeaking. Dealer said rotors are fine they just replaced pads. After about 2k they started again . They said "normal" because they are metallic pads .

Sound right ?

it's only the fronts

you sure they didn't put on cheap pads? OEMs arent supposed to squeal. Maybe check the pads and see if they are toyota oems or not.

If this was normal, they wouldn't be on the market. Get a new dealer.

I will go to another dealer and get an opinion from them .

If you are usually light on your brakes you can "glaze" the rotors. It's when you get that smooth layer of material on the rotor. That can cause squealing. The solution is to hammmer the brakes. I'd at least give it a shot.

I've tried that too , I am a very fast and aggressive driver so the brakes don't get much of a break:D
