Brake mod

Hey guys:

Anyone know where I can get a kit to replace my rear drum brakes with disc brakes? I was thinking of going to the wrecker and taking the disc brakes from the front of a broken down 4runner, would this be the right thing to do?

i know they have Tundra Rear Disc brake conversion. i think it might work. i am not 100% sure tho. i have been thinking about trying it on my 4runner when i have some cash saved up.
