brake problem

This is my first visit to this forum so bear with me! I just completed a front brake job on a friends 2003 Limited 4Runner. After completing the job it had a severe pulsation when braking that would shudder bad and was worse as you were braking at higher speeds. I had the rotors turned at a local shop and they were a little warped and I was told they may shimmy a little or not at all after taking them back for a second check. It still shudders bad. I feel it as soon as I start backing down the drive and it is not in the pedal. Are my rotors that bad out? or when i compressed the pistons did I screw up the ABS in some way? I am baffled as to whether I need to just get new rotors or ??????? Thanks for any help!!

Fleastang, check for reply in "4th gen".

The moderators here are great and will move posts as necessary if you get it in the wrong place. They will also move posts out of Gen discussions or 4th gen to the most appropriate place after a while.

They'll also rip into for 'double-posting'.

Welcome and I hope the brakes get squared away.
