So I installed new calipers, wheel cylinders, shoes, pads and a master cylinder flushed brake line filled with new fluid, bled system everything is good.

went for a test ride everythings good after a couple miles front brakes start smoking wheels wont turn! opened bleeder let pressure off wheels turn go a couple miles same thing whats up?

My guess, the master cylinder.
IIRC there should be a residual valve for the front calipers, to keep a little pressure on them at all times. Could be it is not working properly, keeping full pressure on them.

found the problem bled the mechanical anti loc device on the rear and adjusted the break pedal and all is fine. thanks for the in put

An 87 doesn't have anti-lock brakes, so I'm guessing you mean the LSPV.
Can't see how that would lock up your front brakes, but getting it working is what matters.
