Brake squeak that is driving me nuts!

I have never experienced a brake issue that I have not been able to solve, but this one's killing me. A little history. I purchased this 2008 4R in Feb with 59K miles on it. It had just had the front pads replaced and the rotors turned. The pads were an aftermarket brand. No idea on the quality. The rear pads were original.
After a few days of driving it, I started to notice a very faint squeak coming from the vehicle when my drivers window was down. It slowly would get louder the more miles I put on it. If I would ever so slightly apply the brakes it would stop.

I pulled the wheels off and did a complete inspection. I could not see anything that was out of line. I replaced the rear pads at this time.

After a few weeks I noticed one evening after parking in my garage a slight brake pad smell. Went and drove it, came back and tested the rotor temps and sure enough the driver side front caliper was seizing up. I replaced the front calipers along with installing new OEM pads, rotors and hardware.

Noise went away for about a month. Now the squeak is starting to come back ever so slightly. I am very frustrated that I can't determine what is causing this. Has anybody here ever ran into this issue before? Anything I am missing??

Have you turned or replaced the rear rotor? because some times if you get groves in the rotor from dirt, rock, or road crap it attacks like a record and produces the sound that why when you would press down harder it would go away. I'm dealing with this right now but if thats not the case i have no idea.
 
Stock wheels and tire or larger / heavier ones?

I had FJ Cruiser Steelies and 285 BFG's on mine and the brakes developed a squeal. I switched to a less aggressive thread and aluminum wheels and it went away....

The rear rotors are original and actually in very good shape. The squeak is coming from the D/S Front.

Original Limited wheels. I am gonna put it on a lift tomorrow and run the drivetrain and see what exactly is going on.
 
You know those little wire tensioners/rattle clips that go over the brake pads? Get brand new OE ones and it may help. A few others have noted the using brand new OE clips solves some of these mystery brake noises.
 
I'm also thinking anti-rattle springs as mentioned.

Also, are you using the OEM brake pad shims? One-piece or two-piece style? Can't remember when they made the change but they went to two-piece. Brake grease between the pads and both shims.

I replaced the shim kit with OEM when I did the pads. I will pick up the OEM rattle kit today. I had a new kit that was aftermarket for a GX470 that I used. The before and after did not change the noise, but I will install OEM today and see what happens.

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I have never had an issue with the springs or such causing these types of issues in the past on any Toyota that uses these. Crazy.......
 
I replaced the anti-rattle springs with OEM. Went and drove it and no squeak. 10 miles later it came right back. My frustration is now getting the best of me!

For a while now, I've had a low speed rear wheel squeak that goes away with any brake application. Rotor and hub temperature checks seem to indicate nothing is terribly wrong so I haven't investigated axle runout yet, but that video is almost exactly the squeak I'm getting.
 
New rotors should have a non directional finish before installing them. Rotors are usually coated to keep them from rusting in the box. The non directional finish will remove the coating and prevent glazing which can cause squealing.
 
I've had two anti rattle clips break in half on my rear caliper that was causing a squeal. Clips on the rear inside bottom pad.
