So basically to make a long story short...i have just recently within the past 2 months made some progress with my 4Runner...all of my upgrades are listed in my signature...no use in retyping all that....
ANYWAYS!!!!!!! i decided that it was about that time to replace my UBJs. So i rented a press and started work....3 days later after alot of cuss words and swearing off ever working on my 4Runner again (well atleast for a week or two) i had completely installed my UBJs....( i had to remove my brake caliper, rotor and my ABS sensor, i didnt mess up the sensor in removing them...)
NOW my PROBLEM....after i bleed my brakes i took my 4runner for a test drive to make sure nothing was wrong and i noticed as i stopped my ABS was kickin on (like if youre sliding, popping noises) when my truck was coming to a complete stop with steady pressure being applied to the brakes. At first i thought it may have been my caliper because it was pulling to the LEFT...so yesterday i called and had a replacement put on order, went and picked it up and installed it today....same issue ABS makes noises, however this time i have no pull to left or right...4runner will not go anywhere and when you give it gas it feels like the rear brakes are locking up....
I had issues with my brakes going on 2 weeks now...i replaced my Master Cylinder a few days before i started on my UBJs...after replacing my mc my brakes worked perfect!!! Now...ever since i replaced those ball joints and had to remove my brakes it has been a nightMARE!!!! today was my birthday...i wanted to go wheelin, did NOT want to sit in my garage all day with a dumb look on my face checking over crap i have checked 10xs!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON???? i am trying to move to COLORADO after i get these last few maintaince things taking care of...now i am thinking about putting my 4runner on a trailor behind the uhaul!!!! ANY ADVICE would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
